Accessibility
We're always looking for ways to make our websites and online services easier to use. We follow accessibility guidelines that make our website simple to understand and easy to navigate. We design our websites so it's easy to find the information you need.
If you use a screen reader
Not everyone uses a traditional browser, so we've designed our sites to work with screen readers. We use text (in ALT tags) to describe images and we use descriptive links (e.g. More about pensions instead of Click here) so you know where the link takes you.
Change your computer settings
There are lots of changes you can make to your computer to make browsing the internet a better experience. If you want to alter the way you see, hear or use a website, you can change the options in your internet browser. AbilityNet have developed a guide called My Computer My Way. It has comprehensive and up-to-date information on changing your browser settings for Windows, Mac and Linux users. Visit My Computer My Way
Accessible communications
Our communications can be accessed in a wide variety of ways. Information about our products and services can be supplied in printed format or by phone.

What is Third Party Access?
Third Party Access is when someone is given permission to access your account and manage your money on your behalf. The person given Third Party Access might be a relative, friend or carer who can carry out tasks and make sure your money is managed properly.
Large print, audio CD or braille
If you're having difficulty seeing your documentation, we can convert this to large print, audio CD or braille.
Contact our customer service advisers to tell us about your preferred method.
Neurodiverse easy-to-read options
Customers with dyslexia, ADHD, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, or autism may benefit from receiving documents in a neurodiverse format. Documents can be formatted to a different background colour, tinted overlay, colour text, font and font size.
